A spacious, recently renovated 140m2 luxury chalet for rent with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, jacuzzi, outdoor pool table and double garage with private EV charging.
After two years -long renovation our dream has come true. A place to enjoy the mountains all year round. The chalet is in the downtown La Tzoumaz area with all restaurants, bars, grocery stores and more at walking distance. Skiers and ski-in and walk out.
Outside Deck with Jacuzzi and Outdoor Pool Table
Step outside through the sliding doors from the living room onto the large deck overlooking the 4vallees. A robust locally sourced wooden dining table is the place to gather outside. Play some pool on the outdoor table during the summer and winter. Rejuvenate in the Jacuzzi after skiing, hiking or mountain biking.
Living Room with Woodburning Fireplace
Windows reaching all the way up to the ceiling bring the Swiss Alps from the 4vallees inside. Gather around the wood burning fireplace on the large design lounge sofa. Wood is included in the rental and stacked up on the deck. Throughout the house you can connect to the Sonos sound system to play your favorite tunes.
Gourmet Kitchen & Appliances
Fully stocked gourmet kitchen with Nespresso Coffee Maker & Atag appliances, including oven, micro-wave, dishwasher, American fridge with ice cube maker & wine fridge. On the deck there is a Weber Grill for those who like BBQ.
Luxurious Bedrooms (3) & Bathrooms (2.5)
Everyone can appreciate a good night sleep on a quality matrass with comfortable bedding. All the matrasses are extra thick and outfitted with hotel grade linnen. Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom including a spa rain shower. Second two-person bedroom with a queen-sized bed overlooking the valley. Third bedroom features a queen-sized (160cm wide) bunkbed, sleeping up-to 4 people. Second bathroom with shower and third separate toilet in the downstairs hallway. All bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor.
Private Parking with EV Charging
One of the few Chalets in La Tzoumaz offering private charging for electric vehicles. Double car garage and private driveway offering space for up-to 4 cars in total. Accessible and maintained all year round. Note that the village unfortunately still only has a handful of charging stations across from the supermarket.
Work & Play High Speed Internet
Unfortunately, some of us still have to stay connected during vacations so the house is equipped with high-speed internet. USB-C (European standard) wall mounts throughout the chalet to charge devices. Gamers can play on the Xbox Series X, or hardwire their own console to the Internet and screen in the cinema room.
Cinema Room
On the ground floor below the deck we built a dedicated cinema room. It features a Sonos sound system, large design lounge set up and a Samsung 70+ inch screen with embedded video streaming services. Log into your favorite account, sit back and enjoy the movie!
Ski-In, Walk Out
Intermediate skiers can traverse to the house (snow conditions permitting) during the wintertime. Getting to the main gondola is a short walk uphill, or strawl downhill to the skibus. For those seeking a bit more comfort in the morning, heated ski-lockers across the main gondola can be added to the reservation - allowing you to walk up in your hiking boots.
Practicalities
For extended stays you have everything you need. Laundry can be done in the Samsung Washer, and Samsung Dryer. Dry all your gear on the professional grade air heated boot dryers in the garage. Additionally, you will find all other amenities like and ironing board, vacuum cleaner and so forth. At the end of your stay cleaning is included, so only do the needful. After all you are on vacation.
